Barton's Point offers an open lake with no surrounding trees, houses or obstructions.  It has good launching facilities along with good standing areas to sail from for all wind directions.

The club has a dinghy with electric outboard for course setting and retrieval of stranded yachts as well as a race starting system.

Parking is directly alongside the water 5 metres from the sailing area.

​

On Barton's Point (Thursday) race days the first race starts at 10.30, with the last race starting at 14.30 with a 30 minute break for lunch.

Visitors are welcome to come and sail with us up to 3 times before they are requested to join our growing membership.  If you intend to come along, please call ahead to ensure that we can keep you informed of any last-minute changes or cancellations.
